Carlos was amazing. He let me know what I might expect right from the beginning. If they had to order parts since my car is so new that it might take two visits. Luckily the mechanics were able to fix my issue right away. Thank you for the great service Carlos!

The shop manager had an emergency and apparently nobody else could answer the phone or manage talking to me. My car was promised to be ready two days before it actually was, which I understand happens. But there was absolutely no communication about it to me, despite numerous phone calls.

Fantastic service. Helpful and met timeline explained. The shop in general has very long wait times which could be improved, especially for those that make appointments for simple regular maintenance.

Tommy is great. I know Tommy may have nothing to do with this. I just spent over $2k+ to get my van fixed. When I first pick up my van all were good then right before I get home the Tire pressure system light went up again. I have to take my van back again then the machine told me it was the tire pressure sensor out! What? I know when I bought in the car the Tire pressure system light and Engine light both were up. When I picked up the van both light were off I was happy. But now I have to come back next day that I have to spend another $800 dollar to fix it. I declined the service as Tommy told me tire pressure system won’t affect how I drive my van, I just need to look out for the tire pressure myself.

This has nothing to do with Tommy. He was great. It also has nothing to do with the actual repairs as those seem fine thus far. The issue was that I was alerted at 3:30 pm that there were another $6500 worth of repairs needed. In my opinion, most of these would have been identified much earlier in the day. From my perspective, Honda proceeded with initial scope of work in order to be able to charge for it instead of pausing to contact me. I declined the additional repairs and would have also stopped any other work not yet completed had I been notified. Given the car's history, putting in another $8500 makes no sense. I will also add that I used the link Honda provided to check the status of the repair during the day and the information was blank with nothing but Tommy's name displayed.
