When I got i to my car and drove a bit the warning light for low pressure tires came on which was disappointing. The paper I received on my car evaluation didn’t say anything about the tire pressure

There is a problem I thought had been addressed: the brake fluid. The inspection supposedly revealed it was in the red zone. Why wasn’t it simply replaced or filled to the full line?

Unfortunately AC main part not under warranty and I cannot afford repair. Victor did everything he could to make it work including payment plan which I also cannot afford initial payment. Diagnostic was waived and all repairs explained.
Taz Steward was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the experience very easy since I had my autistic son with me. She had my car already ready to pickup at the front when I got dropped up from the shuttle when my car was ready so all I had to do was pay and get my key and leave, since waiting is really hard for my autistic son. She explained everything that the technician found that was in the red or yellow and what needed to be done that day. I trust her judgement and I hope she is my advisor next time I receive service from Honda of Oakland. It was very nice to see a woman in this role since I have never had a woman advisor before.
