Service was a 5/5. Tommy was great, answered all questions I had and was patient with me. Even problem solved quickly when the shuttle service closed early on my particular day. Also, I really enjoyed Rodrigo (shuttle service driver), he was such a delight and a wonderful addition to the Honda team.

1:The waiting time take more than 10 minutes. 2:The call is transferred multiple times,and it is impossible to communicate 3:it takes most of the day to repair/maintain the car , and the time for free Pick-up and drop-off has passed.at this point, wait until the next day? and you need to notify the leader.need to take a day off work, it not convenient (Already for the second time)

I give Victor a 10 for customer service and beyond. I would like that the emails addressed to me Madonna and not Bryan. I am equal owner of this car and I’m tired of the heat game so fix that and I’d be even more than 100% happy with my experience.

I am very happy that Victor was my service advisor today. He was completely knowledgeable, professional and kind. He provided great information and took the time to answer my questions. He is solidly the best advisor I have spoken with at Honda. He pointed out some things in the car that need replacement. I did not feel pressured to do so and I will likely call him to schedule the work. I will only want to speak with Victor from here on out. Victor is an excellent advisor, thank you Honda for having him on staff!
