Victor explained everything in detail where I could understand why I needed to have certain things done. I was very pleased with his patience and expertise.
The service advisor I had Taz would never answer calls or messages I never got calls from them about updates unless I reached out. And when I did I would consistently be sent to voicemail or on hold and never get someone to talk to or get an update this went on for two weeks. I would even ask to speak to a manager and the same would happen sent to voice mail and never hear anything back. I would have to almost blow up they’re phones to get a response. And when I finally did get a response it was because the part they ordered was supposedly defective but when I pick up the car they gave me a whole different excuse that they were backed up. It was really frustrating that I couldn’t get any communication even from a manager.

Taz was very helpful. She was very helpful and to the point ! The only thing that I was uncomfortable with is with the over inflated price of parts ! 4 times the normal price of parts ! Your hourly rate is very high but you already know that ! You would have more customers if you lower your prices , but you already know that…….! Honda is a good product, let them prove it and take some friendly advice lower service prices and get more customers…..
