My recent service was disappointing due to an unfortunate incident. My windshield was broken during the service. While the general maintenance seemed okay, this damage significantly impacts my overall satisfaction.
Only negative was that new tires were inflated to and left at 45psi. I checked with Aaron if this was intentional- he advised it was not and should be set to match door sticker, offered to get it taken care of (great), i can let air out. But it's these little misses/details that leave the overall impression and as I think of it, I'm pretty sure every time I've had my vehicle serviced there has always been 'something'. Hopefully these misses/issues are reported internally, processes are reviewed, gaps identified/corrected, etc.

I don’t feel my concerns were listened to. I waited two weeks for the appointment due to travel. I’ve had this issue with my sensor for a long time. I tried explaining it in detail. And I was brushed off as if she completely understood. It is a complex issue that needed a lot of attention to detail. In the end, I don’t think I got the service I’ve come to expect after owning four TL’s from Acura and now this TLX. I expect when I pay you for service that you listen to me and you take care of all issues. That didn’t happen today.
