Already spoke with the General Manager Mr. Steve about the horrible experience I had at the service department. It was the worst experience I’ve had dealing with dealerships. I don’t want to go into details. You are welcome to call me with any other further questions but I have already spoken to Mr. Steve about what happened. I do not feel comfortable returning to you establishment. Mr. Steve was kind enough to offer me to have my car picked up and returned. Thank you Sir for being so kind, but what happened to me as a customer and the humiliation that I received from 2 other employees just cause I was upset with the service I got and what Aaron told me that was very rude I don’t feel comfortable at the moment returning to your facility. Thank you for you time and concern

Your service department has gone downhill in the past five years since I purchased my vehicle. Your loaner program is a joke as the time it takes to get a vehicle and the aspects that I get a vehicle that has some problems was not that concerning to the person who took care of me. Getting treated like a number than a customer has become the norm at Leta.
