At first I felt confident I was in good hands but finding out I had to pay out of my pocket a deposit for a rental for a car I purchased but wasn’t in working order at time of purchase was frustrating. I had just depleted my account that day moving to a new home 5000 and then was told I had to pay a deposit. The kicker was when they called me to talk about the issues I explained the car was over correcting my driving even when the function was off. The person on the phone responded we can’t test that it sounds like you weren’t driving safe. The problem was I was on highway 64 at midnight coming home from work and thugs were racing eachother and I had to make a drastic save my life move into the next lane and the car auto/over corrected me straight back into the racing vehicle. We were lucky we weren’t killed so having the service person they that to me after I explained the situation made me want to call BBB and tell all my friends not to buy from Frank Leta. Then after 10 days I called to check in and was told it still hadn’t been started on because they found a cheaper part. That was ridiculous as this wasn’t for me I wanted the part that was available when I bought the vehicle. I also was moving and needed my vehicle not a loaner I had to be careful with. All this was remedied when they called to tell me they addressed all the problems and that I was correct in the unsafe aspect of the no shut off over correct I was told to call Subaru as there is nothing they can do and now I at least know I can try and get this part recalled etc as it is going to kill people. I now feel confident in bringing my vehicle back for service.

This was the first time we were not impressed with the service we received at Leta. It is usually exceptional. From the beginning, it seemed like a mess.

Mike was awesome from start to finish. He was quick to respond any time I reached out, and he did a great job communicating expectations around my vehicle repairs. And while I don’t know all the specific details, I do know that he worked incredibly hard to ensure that I only paid my deductible. And that meant the world. I know I’m not the only customer with a car that needed work, and I know I’m not the only customer he was taking care of. But I genuinely felt that Mike cared about my situation and wanted to help me.

Julia Sutton, was great. I purchased new vehicle not long ago at Frank Leta. I was very satisfied with the sales person Edwin and the whole process. I serviced my car just the other day what I didn’t like about. Person that gave me a lift to work, didn’t know where the vehicle was so we had to walk the parking lot. Also when I was picking up my car, they told me that it was outside and ready You would think that they would bring vehicle close to the service or where is visible that they can point to it instead of me walking the parking lot trying to look for a car. Plus it was raining. That’s one thing they can improve on.
