I brought my car in for service and they did not tell me up front I owed $100 for my warranty. They gave me a diagnostic and called me up and THEN told me. You would think if there is gonna be a charge that you mention it before the work is done. Then say well you’re gonna leave your car here or pay it when I told him I could make an appointment for the Friday to have it done then pay my bill then. Felt like it was very dishonest and shady because I was gonna wait to have it done and they kept pressuring me for o have it done right at that moment. I was so angry I didn’t even have them put the part in that I paid for the work. I paid and took my car with me.

15% discount applied, 2 reasons. 1. I'm disabled low income 2. Significant screw ups in the past dozens of extra visits for same problem that i paid thousands of dollars needlessly. Don't know why switched from Brad.

I would rather not say but it was a bit of a cluster **** from start to finish. I have been a customer for many years and have always had good experiences. Maybe this was just a bad day.

I came in for Stl. Detail to have 3 wheels with “curb rash” refinished Only 2 were refinished and of them had peeling clear coat and running paint dried and coated. I complained and service man was very apologetic and immediately wrote a new order for bad wheel, the third wheel I had paid for and a 4th “goodwill” wheel with minor curb rash”. Very generous. Today I picked up my car only to find all three wheels had same problem as before! Unbelievable!!!! Now I have to make a THIRD trip, imposing on friend or family to drop off and pick up my car, as ell as not having a vehicle. The assistant manager was very helpful but the fact remains…. I Have little confidence In the final product or that I got good value for my money!

Brad went above and beyond with his service and catching errors in the system from our time of purchase at Napleton Honda. Greatly appreciate his explaining everything and making it simple for me to contact the right department to have corrected. Give the man a raise!

We’ve delt with cougar since buying our RDX exclusively. He has always been fair and treated us with respect and looking out for us. Sorry he has moved up , but glad for him. Mark was very good and took real good care of us. Including saving us some money on our timing belt tensioner fix. Which I didn’t think of , but mark found that our extended care package would cover a large part of the repair. I think Mark is a good tech and helpful to the Leta family. He’s a keeper!!!
