Aaron needs to give customers answers to why the statements he made to me don’t match the documentation from your multipoint inspection. And I told him his responses made me not trust a word he explained to me. Quite sad since this TLX is the third TL I purchased and had serviced from Frank Leta Acura. Actually thinking about Munganest Acura next time instead.

I just bought a tail light kit from a parts store and it’s an OEM Acura tail light kit. It was 100.00. And, a friend took out the old and put in the new in less than 20 minutes. I would like to know how you think you can charge over 1100.00 for a taillight kit? So disappointing.

Your service is great and that’s why I bought there again. I came in to service to ask a questions of great concern , while driving. The techs did not know answers which should be simple for mechanics. I realize they can’t know everything about other makes of cars. But these were not hard. Their comment was “that’s the was Nissan engines run, it fine. They were totally incorrect on all 3 questions. I found the answers else where. I love your place ,that’s why I came back. Those question could have had serious consequences. They weren’t hard for any mechanic let alone lay people who don’t even know mechanics. No one went over the dash and screen and functions of the dash.
