Brad was great and very helpful, no complaints with him or his service. However, I did point out scratches around my shift stick that were not there when checking my car in. Brad said he would discuss it with management to see what can be done. When working on a vehicle your mechanics should put something on the trim pieces to protect them from damage.

Very frustrated with communication. I was told I would be contacted about the ETA for my vehicle, I had to call and find out. I was told it would be ready on Friday, the service manage wasn’t there and I had to call Evan Huskey for answers. The vehicle was ready on Monday. I picked it up on Monday. I got a text today from Tyler saying my vehicle was ready for pickup after I had picked it up on Monday. Not sure why there is such a lack of communication with the service department.

Brad is the absolute best?? been seeing him, solely, since he came to Frank LETA. Knows everything about my car!! When to do things/went to NOT.. would go nowhere else: BRAD/ FRANK LETA????

Marc did a nice job - Explained everything and understood I needed to be out the door by noon And service was completed by 11:30 AM. I actually did receive an appraisal on my car so I am good with that as well.

Car issue that I reported (screen issues, this is the 3rd time ) and this time they could not replicate issues reported. As soon as I left lot, I started having same error msgs on screen and I took a video. Now I need to bring it again and I really do not have enough time on my hands.
