I purchased my MDX from Frank Leta and I’ve been coming back for 4 years now and I’ve always felt the warmth and commitment to the customer, but they dropped the ball on my visit of 11/23. A 3 hour wait for an oil change and to tell me my truck didn’t pass safety test and was very rude about too. II probably won’t be back. It appears to be all new service staff I didn’t recognize not one face. Maybe that’s the problem. Younger generation has not respect morals nor values.

Marc was attentive and efficient. I appreciate how kind he was from start to finish. Something I’ve always loved about the Leta team is how great they are at finding people. Good people know good people. The pieces always fit together like a puzzle. You’ll always have something unique and special to offer the community. I believe it first starts first with your team. Thank you for your organization and how you invested in me long ago. I was pleased to see the new changes and can’t wait to see where it takes you. Thank you for your advisors’ willingness to be there for my family and me. We’ve always felt Leta for Life.

Got my jeep in at the last minute and got me on the road with a loaner and provided great service. Leta is the only place i take my car because the do it right and provide excellent service
