Over the phone I heard around $90 for a diagnosis of one section that has an issue and then it end up being over $150, it could be more clearer, the price that is for the service. I can see if it was more than one section but to just want a diagnosis of the sound coming from left rear tire I thought it should have been just the $90.

Tyler was absolutely amazing. I didn't realize I hadn't purchased the maintenance package and at the time couldn't afford a $75 oil change. He offered me a coupon for a first time oil change which really helped me out alot. As a veteran I've lost alot of faith in humanity but Tyler showed me there are still some great people in this world. A huge thank you again to Tyler. You guys really have a good one on your team.

Customer service is more than half the experience of car repair. Tyler has made my experience pleasant and less stressful. Listening and reassuring comments as well as answering questions and making sure my concerns are addressed has made this the most pleasant experience I've had at a car repair shop ever. I did not feel abused or ignored. Thank you Tyler ????
