Rodney was really great throughout but the problem wasn’t solved due to not having a qualified person able to do the work & had sat in waiting room for around 5hrs to no solution

I was told my vehicle would be ready in one hour and 45 minutes. I dropped my car off at 10:15 AM. I noticed the technician drive it soon thereafter. I believe he just a preliminary exam parked the car went to lunch. Then three hours later I finally had to shake the tree to find out what was going on and the answer was nothing. At which time I received my car back after three hours and left. This was an absolute failure.
The service was professionally handled by Peter in the service department. He was outstanding. All was handled in the proper time for the inspection.
I was introduced to the Loyalty Program manager, Jared. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Acura SUV’ s. My 2014 RDX was appraised and when I do buy a new RDX I will purchase that from Jared. He was amazing. Between my husband and Son, this is our 5th or 6th Acura. I will purchase a new Acura because of the outstanding services d car performance I have received!
The car is still making the same sound at deceleration that I brought it in for. Thankfully there was no charge for this but I don’t want to keep bringing it in for the same thing.
I love that I’ve worked w most of the service team leaders. Each of them has been great and wonderful to work with. I like the transparency and trust them to search for most affordable part and apply loyalty points to help me keep costs reasonable. Can’t imagine going to another dealership.
