A significant portion of my vehicle service history is missing from your system. Today was the second time I had to point this out and voice my displeasure with having services recommended that were not necessary (timing belt and transmission fluid) This is unacceptable and I expect you will take the necessary actions to update your service histories. My service advisor was great but as a customer I expect better, especially given this is the second time this has been pointed out.
Clear what was going to be done and great with follow up and managing expectations.

Very professional, didn't have to apologize for going over the time he gave me but did anyways, it was only 5 minutes. Super nice! He made me completely comfortable and I'm an anxious person that's not easy to do. Also the other workers were great too!

As always, the service team treated me like I was the only guest in the building. Post drop-off communication was great. Peter is a great representative of the brand, polite, professional, and well spoken without any ****-kissing. Natalia was also helpful and patient as I transitioned to my loaner car. Every time I have an Acura survey, I have to mention Cougar Knickerbocker, he’s the reason I keep coming back, his genuine passion and extensive knowledge of all things Acura is what got me hooked on the brand.
Aaron Barr is exceptional. Very professional and keeps you posted on your vehicle. Makes accurate recommendations and makes sure your vehicle is in tip too shape. I always ask for him and he takes great care of me!!
