He did not communicate well. He had our car for 3 hours and it was still not completed bc he forgot to have it detailed. So in total he had it for 4.5 hours. He also charged us to diagnose the car but didn’t tell my wife she would be charged.

Chris was so detailed with his explanations. He was very kind and sweet. This is the first time I had the shuttle service bring me home due to the work taking extra long. It also picked me up so I could bring my vehicle home. It was much appreciated!

Only met Chris when the car was ready. I had an appointment at 9:30 for oil change and it took 2 hrs to complete. Didn’t seem busy as a lot of service advisors were sitting around.

I still feel my balance issue is still present with my new tires. I did not get a print out to see what they did to correct it, all I was told is that yes the tires were out of balance 1 week after buying them. I do not feel they test drove it to verify. Very unsatisfied with the service. Julia was fine, but 1 star on service. My car still acts as if the tires are out of balance with speeds over 55, even on new fresh pavement. Unfortunately I am on vacation with it and will have to deal with it. This was stressed multiple times that I want it correct to ensure no damage to my new tires.

I was told need tires but had sat for two hrs so why he didn’t come to discuss it and maybe get some. Then I see it says dangerous don’t drive. Next apt really made I left about 6 messages and told all service mgrs got my messages but no return call showed up on bad tires to get replaced told no loaner and compression hose not working can’t do tires no call to save the trip Plus said loaners for Acura which I’ve had but this was 700 plus and couldn’t give a loaner for be but really always liked treatment at this service now have to reconsider for both my cars

Kevin did his job well. But my car is making a completely new grinding noise when steering sharp left or right. After nearly $3000 in repairs Im very disappointed!

After returning home and looking at the inspection check list I noticed that I have a nail in my tire on the report. I called the service department and had to leave a message. I have not been called back yet. I am not sure if I can leave this nail in there or if some action is needed.
