I brought my car in for an oil change and left with a wobbly tire. My service is not complete therefore not sure why they sent the survey yet. My tire nor my wheel was shaking before I came in but after the service it was worse than when I brought it in

I bought my vehicle 6 weeks ago and the A/C went out so I brought it in. Now the compressor is back ordered and they can’t give me an eta on when it will be in. I also needed work done to fix 3 rock chips in the windshield that was missed when they fixed the rock chips the first time. I was waiting there for my vehicle and was told it would be an hour and a half and I told them I had plans so wouldn’t be able to stay much longer. I finally checked in at 2.5 hours and was told it would be 15 more minutes while they finished up with the rock chips. They finally came got me at 20 minutes and then I left. I got in my car and noticed that they didn’t even fix the windshield. I am completely disappointed with my service and lack of communication. There are other items I am unhappy with but don’t feel like explaining it all on here.

Only wish your car wash worked, this time and last time I was in car wash wasn’t working , little disappointed but Tyler was very helpful with my car.

I had an 11:45 appointment for an oil change which was not completed until 2:50. 3 hours for an oil change. Did not wash the car. To be blunt, the service experience is not what it used to be or what I expect from Acura.
