Terrible service eveytime I’ve gone there. I have a call into the service manager and haven’t heard back. Called in to check on that and was cold transferred by a very rude girl into someone’s mailbox who hasn’t returned my call

While the service was acceptable, I’ve noticed a concerning pattern during my recent visits. Issues that were previously identified seem to no longer be a concern on subsequent visits, which suggests a disconnect between the diagnostic process and the actual service provided. When paying dealership-level prices for maintenance, I expect a higher level of consistency and accuracy—unfortunately, that standard has not been met at this time.

I had a 1:30pm appt for oil change & tire rotation. I added a coolant change w/car wash. The estimated time was 1 1/2 hrs. I was told the coolant exchange wouldn't add any more time. It was after 4pm before I left. Tyler was very friendly and apologetic. I do not know the cause of the holdup, but I would have planned my errands differently if I had expected to wait so long. As you can expect, I found a LOT of humor when I saw "ACCELERATED SERVICE" on the top of my paperwork. Two & a half hours for an oil change/tire rotation/car wash WITH an appt is NOT what I call "ACCELERATED SERVICE."
