I was told the appointment would take 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was on Jan 7, Tuesday 9AM, I didn’t leave until after 1PM. I was given a loaner which was out in the parking lot covered in ice and snow, and I wasn’t given an ice scraper. I asked the employee to back the vehicle out of the buried snow piles and away from other cars in the parking lot which she did. After sitting in the vehicle for greater than 20 minutes with the defroster on high, a gentleman came to apologised for his coworkers not removing all the snow and ice. Thank you to him.
I was told the hold up with my appointment was a needed approval for warranty drivers side vent which was broken, does it really take that long to get approval?
I understand there was heavy snow and ice days prior to this appointment but if Leta Acura wasn’t ready for business I wish they would have rescheduled my appointment. Also I called Isabella Monday attempting to reschedule but didn’t receive a call back after leaving a message.
I live almost an hour away and years ago I chose this dealership because of great reviews. After today I will be choosing another dealership because I didn’t feel valued. Sorry Leta Acura

If no parts were replaced why was cost so high

Service was fine. I was on time for my appointment and no one greeted me when I pulled in. I was left standing around waiting while employees were nearby chatting with each other. Next time I hope to be greeted by an employee quickly upon arrival.

The service advisor was completely accommodating and professional. As was the service manager. The unfortunate part about my whole experience was that it took 3 times to get what I had originally paid for…. A vehicle DETAIL. Although, unfortunately the dealership ate the cost of the substandard detailing. They were kind enough to eliminate the cost to me. This can’t be good for business. To have to three times, what should have been done in one visit. Either, you KNOWhow to do something or you don’t. I’d be after some corrections in the process if were my business.
