I'm usually very impressed with the service but today when I had my tire patched, they left the floor mat cover and plastic seat cover in my car. I also had to let 10 psi of air out of my tire because they had 42 in the repaired tire and 32 in all of my other tires.

My car was in the shop because the Frank Leta mechanics made a mistake and a bolt fell off that they put on in the front suspension while my daughter was driving it. Luckily no one got hurt. I asked Aaron if there was any damage to the car after it was towed to the shop. He said no. When I picked up the car today. There was damage to the car. I am not sure why no one including the mechanics the service manager or Aaron did not see the damage. I showed the damage to Cougar and he was like yep. So he said he would fix it. But now I have to being the car back to get it repaired.

I received the vehicle back, seems to run fine but has a new low frequency vibration. When downshifting to 3.5 to 4k rpm it sounds like marbles in a tin can with a bunch of low frequency vibration. Im afraid to drive the car as i have a feeling driving it this way will cause more damage to the engine.

Tyler is fantastic to work with. The frustration lies within the sales department. 2 days after we brought this vehicle home we noticed the rear drivers side door did not sit flush with the car. We reached out and brought it in to be looked at. Tyler handled everything perfectly. They got it adjusted but ended up taking it to the body shop to have it fixed completely. The sales team has so far only agreed to pay 50% of the repair cost. We did not cause the door to sit open, the car was purchased in this conditions unknowingly and we expect the sales department to make it right. But Tyler is a wonderful person to work with. Highly recommend service with him
