The service issues on our 2018 Acura recall had nothing to do with Marc Diaz the service manager whom we had regular communication. The issue was with the mechanics. Mr. Diaz presented himself in a professional manner and did his best to make our difficult situation satisfactory. I found him to be very skilled in customer service.

Once I found your service entrance and department, I received excellent service. Mark was exceptional. As to my first point above, I became frustrated driving around your buildings trying to find the entrance to your service department. I suggest better exterior directional signage to help first time customers like me.

Installed headlight was cracked. Expected that car would have been cleaned since it had been being repaired for a month. This used to happen even when I got an oil change & was told only with service now.

I’ve seen and hear it all almost all in my lifetime as an old technician to another it’s hard to find people you can trust ! From my first walk in the door it’s different feel vibe! The guys helped me get a great car simple as that! What impressed me the most was the service from Kevin Goedeke and the mechanic working on my car I just bought , most people oversee in past would have just fixed the problem that I brought the car in for but my car was their car they went the extra mile and fixed a problem on their own that helped avoid a major deal if not fixed and is for this I’m thing my other cars to them because I don’t just trust anybody but these people hands down deserve applause what’s great job !
