My vehicle was in for a tire alignment. I did ask to check the check-engine light which is on because the vehicle has detected a rich fuel. I wanted the tech to review this code and get his recommendation. I then get a report on much more than what I requested - an ~)$13,000 estimate. Upon leaving the VSA and another icon were on and these were not active when arriving at the service center nor have ever been on. I did some research and there is a direct relation between the VSA and the steering angle sensor which includes all of the contact points and adjustments involved in an alignment. I find it hard to understand how no other light on the dash was on, other than the check-engine and after service for an alignment I now have these two lights (VSA and a triangle with exclamation) on my dash along with my original check-engine light.

Kevin was good. Problem I had was I had the car in for a fuel pump recall on my MDX. The service tech did change out the fuel pump , but did not check to see if the gas gauge worked correctly after the pump was changed. This caused me to have to bring the car back in so the gauge would work. Kevin did apologize and loan us a car during the repair. This was not a big deal just a pain in the ****.

My service rep was fine. I had no problems with her. When I got home I noticed my tire and wheel had greasy gunk all over it, a black oily substance on the rims and the cap for my air valve is gone. I didn’t lose the cap even though we refilled the air in that tire around 8 times over the last 4 days. How did you have my car for an hour and lose the valve cap? You don’t have a replacement to put on there? Also, the serviceman didn’t put a note about what they pulled out of the tire. Every other time, you’ve let me know. Over the 20 years I’ve been driving Acuras, I’ve never been disappointed in the condition of my car after being serviced. Until this time. Supposedly, you ran my car through the wash. I couldn’t tell. Just disappointing.
