A service appointment was scheduled and confirmed 24 hours prior stating the part had arrived. I sent my son with the car the day of the appointment. He waited more than 90 minutes in the waiting room only to be told the needed part wasn’t there. We did receive a call to reschedule the appointment. But we have been traveling an unable to complete the repair yet.

Still wish you would update your phone system or whatever so that caller ID shows its Frank Leta calling. In this day and age, I personally think less of businesses that don't do this.

I requested safety and an odometer inspection bc car wa as driven from Denver to st.louis. Dee wrote the document without what was requested. The inspection would have failed if I didn't replace wipers. Takes 2 minutes to replace but charged $50. There's more and absolutely won't ever let her take charge of my vehicle. She's inept.

I would welcome a conversation about the service. I came in for an oil change, was there almost 3 hours. Wasn't given any information till I inquired about the time frame.

I have interacted with Dee on many of my service calls for the 2019 Honda pilot. Dee always meets me with a smile, always takes the time to answer any questions I have even though she is very busy. No problems with the “behind the scenes” service needed on my vehicle. Carol Emmett.

Scheduled for a routine oil change and an emissions inspection as per the post card for our registration renewal. Was told I would need safety as well even though they didn't request it on the postcard because we are in the 10th year but the DMV allows the exempt through the 10th year. I arrived at 7:20 for a 7:45 appointment and was met quickly. Vehicle was inspected by 8 because i received the text with the video at 8 o'clock. After that i just waited and waited. Eventually being called at 9 or so to be told that it would be just a few minutes as "he's buttoning it up now". I went at 9:30 to the front desk again and asked when because I need to be out to make a meeting and didn't expect a 2 hour operation. Once again "I told him to expedite it but just a few minutes". 9:45 again, "we only have one emissions guy and he has a few cars ahead but I told him to expedite it for you". 9:55 I finally leave, having to call until my meeting since I obviously couldn't make it which isn't the biggest thing, but the "any minute now" for almost an hour did bother me.

I believe it is absurd for fixing a squeaky parking brake to cost almost $7,000. Everything else was fine. Dee did a very nice job.
