Brad was so amazing! I had a weird paint discoloration and he guessed what it was right off the bat. He had it taken care of and "buffed out" right away. Spot looks perfect now! Thanks for everything. -Melissa

Cougar was awesome! He was so helpful and accommodating. He had the detail dept look at some gunk on my windshield. They were able to get some of it off, but unfortunately I now see scratches on the windshield. Not sure what to do about it just yet, but it will need to be looked at. Additionally, the old oil change sticker was thrown in the cup holder and someone places a cup or something on the hood and it left a ring. The last two aren't a big deal, just unusual compared with other times I have had my cars serviced.

It took many calls to see what was going on. It took a extra long time to get the car fixed as well. Seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left had was doing. When we did receive the car back it was dirty inside and out from sitting in a lot and being towed back and forth for 2 months. Was rather disappointed

I was able to meet with Cougar soon after arriving, although he was very busy. He was pleasant and courteous as always, and provided me with the info I needed for my wait. I waited at the dealership while my car was serviced. I was comfortable while waiting and got some work done. I checked out and my car was great.

By far the worst experience at Frank leta I’ve had yet Not ENUF STAFF, I called to speak to service manager he wasn’t available The volume of customers that come in there for service requires more staffing more service writers People need their cars it’s like their home cant live without it We’re in our cars more than our homes and I can say this Dave Mungenast acura Customers and cust service is everything We didn’t even buy our cars there thru Frank leta but our first experience brining our car there kept us coming back, not anymore Cust service is everything !! Cougar and D are wonderful Cougar is why we kept coming back for service you couldn’t ask for better service than what he provides

I was frustrated because days after my service while on an out of town trip a notice came up on the dashboard that the air pressure on 2 tires was low. I had them checked and they are okay but I can’t get the notice off. Help!
