Everything was great, except the rubber brake pad had come off the metal pedal and we had requested to have the pad re-mounted which was not done. Other than that, Dee was very accommodating and gave us great service.
My windshield washer fluid was not filled after apparently never having my coolant topped off everytime I came for an oil chg. Frank Leta services Nissan Rogues all the time, so that special coolant should always be on hand, I had an appointment and I was there for hours and hours and to not make sure everything was topped off properly this time since my coolant wasn't being topped off during my previous oil changes. If I worked there I couldn't have apologized enough to the customer and I would have made sure everything was done properly for quality assurance. I haven't been to get my car washed the last three times I was there, this time there were absolutely no car wash tickets available. Something so easy to do fill a windshield washer reservoir, it makes me think what else was not changed or drained. Once I took my car to Nissan for an issue and they said my oil was quite dirty and you guys had just changed my oil maybe 2 to 3 weeks before that. Trust I'm not naive and I know that's what service departments do sometimes try to upsale you on different things, but with what I'm experiencing from your service department. It would create doubt in any reasonable person's mind. I felt like I was being a nuisance because I wanted the service I deserved performed on my vehicle. I paid good money for it!!

Your people have been all over it, so a trade-in evaluation should be easy. Just send it to me. Fair warning to evaluator: When I bought the 21 Honda in Tennessee from my Homeboys they gave me 11% higher trade-in on 2018 (Black) RDX I bought from Leta, and a much greater discount off the new 21 Pilot I bought from them. Let Honda was obstinate. I know you have some greater operating expenses in STL region, but an overall lower price difference of near $10K is hard to part with. Inform your evaluators/marketeers I will need their most favorable consideration. Thanks
