Dee and the folks in the shop were great. I appreciate the additional time spent figuring out my car's issue. It was a bit odd to be told at one point that the required fix was a $1500 compressor but then to eventually have some o-rings and an AC charge do the trick. Nevertheless, glad to have it resolved and appreciate everyone's time and attention.

Paper stated tire pressure was checked. When I looked at the way home the back right tire had only 28 pounds of pressure not the 32 that’s required. clearly, the pressure was not checked when the tires were rotated

I really appreciate the service and tire rotation BUT on my 2018 RAM 2500 the tire pressure on the front is 60 psi any the rear is 80 psi. So when the tires are rotated they need to be adjusted to factory specifications. I had to stop by a tire shop to have this done. Thankfully they didn’t charge me.

This has been the most awful experience I've ever had at an automotive store. They threw my splash gaurd away but replaced the clips they replaced my valve cover and the gasket and no I have 4 other codes from this work being done and no one wants to be accountable for a mess up instead of just fixing it there's oil in my sparks plug which would be from the gasket not being seated right and now as of July 29 my car can't be driven cause now it's over heating.. the worst experience ever in my life.
