We had the best experience at Frank Leta Dealership. Aaron and another young man took excellent care of us. Our experience was over the top. This was our first time at this dealership. We will be back and if this level of service continues I know we will purchase our next MDX from here. When we first arrived at the service department it did not look as nice as were we have been going but the level of service makes up for the first impression!

Cougar did an awesome agent!! He’s trustworthy to me and explained the problems and situations of my car. He made sure I understand and follow him. I recommend that he’s the best one I’ve ever had since my old cars with other salesmen not treated fairly. Cougar should deserve the raise!
