While Cougar was both responsive and communicated what was being done e with the vehicle, it still is not fixed. We have brought the vehicle in three times and spent a decent amount to still have ongoing issues.

We waited for Almost 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation!! The service manager didn’t come and get us as soon as our vehicle was done!! You need to be more efficient because our time is valuable too.
