I was charged for service that wasn’t completed. To get my refund I have t wait almost a week. I also made an appointment on back to back days, first appointment they said they did not have time so I rescheduled and the second time they just didn’t do it and charged me. I was in the market for a vehicle, but now I will be look at other dealers. I don’t believe this was Julia’s fault.

Mike was nice and discussed the situation fairly. But Frustrated that Acura is not standing behind the radio issue and wanting to charge $2500. I’m reaching out directly to Acura to see what can be done.

The body shop did a good job for the insurance claim but I also asked to get a small dent on my door repaired that I would pay for and interior cover for my rear view mirror which was never looked at. I had let the attendant know that is what I wanted.
