At the end of the service visit, I felt like I was being purposely lead to another group, the Loyalty group, about selling my vehicle. It felt forced, it felt manipulative especially since I have been asked several times time about selling the vehicle. In general, I have felt the “hussle” a lot and it cheapens the Feank Leta Acura vibe. I would reconsider how you handle approaching your customers.

The team listened to my concerns about noise from the car.The mechanic rode with me and determined the noise was coming from the tires due to the recent tire rotation. I was assured the car was ok and safe to drive around town and during planned summer trips.

Brought vehicle in the day after purchasing for squeak when turing engine over. They replaced belts but squeak was not resolved. The replaced ball joints due to sound when turning but didn't put all the caliper mounting bolts back in resulting in substandard breaks for the drive home

The car is supposed to get the SAE 5W20. It’s even written on the oil tank cup. Looking at the receipt I was surprised to see that the oil used is AC0W20. We wanted to discuss the issue with Julia Sutton. Called 3 times. We’ve been told that she will call us back, but never did. We are afraid that a different oil being used will damage the engine.

I bought Nissan 2022 Kicks at Frank Leta Tesson Ferry August 2024. Husband noticed a leak on garage floor. Found out the car was not properly maintained…AKA….oil changes. Was told I would need a new engine. Agreed for an engine flush because “Nissan engines are top notch.” A couple weeks later my husband notices another leak. Frank Leta told me it was transmission. Everyone was very nice with loner cars, everything was under warranty…etc. I was thinking a certified Frank Leta Used car would have been properly inspected before resale. I was wrong!
