First i was told you had the parts in stock after I specifically asked because I was told on my last visit to call 2 days before your appointment. We'll they had to go and pick up the pads. Secondly I asked for a car wash and vacuum. My car was not vacuum at all. Michael said, they don't really vacuum the cars. Third ly, he did go over the specifics of my repair and told me it was listed on the invoice fir me to read. I really felt he was a racist and treated me as if my money and feelings don't matter. I told him I will report his actions in the survey, he just said have a good day

Car was aligned but not test driven. Still pulling to the left. I wanted to make sure something else was not wrong. Steering wheel alingment was fixed and overall service interaction good, however, overall diagnostic may not have been completed.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz from Frank Leta Acura March 4, 2025 and it’s been HELL ever since. I was sold a lemon and they choose to make it half way right. I have not had a chance to enjoy my car. A few days into having it I smelled something burning I hate I ignored it. Well maybe the 3rd week it started cutting off at complete stops I brought it in And Koger the service center manager took it for a drive with me. I can honestly say it did not cut off for him but the very next day or maybe 2 days I brought back and once they got my car all communication stopped unless it was me blowing them up. Everybody in customer service knew my name and they even gave me the run around. I was never called once to be told what was going on it was always me calling first. They even tried to make Mercedes the middle person making it to me they was all for me but was talking **** to them saying what they wasn’t paying for and don’t do any extra testing..while having their loaner vehicle it was damaged I hoped right on it made a claim with my insurance company and gave them the reference number. We’ll when I picked my still broke down vehicle up from them it had trash in it and was on E but when I brought to them it was pass half. When I brought my loaner back it was on full and clean. I called general manager Stephon Brown and he said he was going to call koger only to call me back to say he couldn’t contact him! How you can’t contact your employee? That phone call was made to be on the record that o I did call you back! today I was out of almost 800 dollars on a car that I had a few weeks before problems started. And their going to say o we didn’t pay for certain things cause we could of fixed that WELL WHY I WASNT CALLED TO SAY THAT… THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND I HAVE NEVER EVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I feel like I signed my name on the dotted line for some **** and they knew it

Kevin always does an excellent job in taking care of me when I come here. It's little over an hour drive for me and it's nice to get here and see his happy face and willingness to help make me comfortable and informed even when he is busy.
