There was confusion on whether to replace my battery. However, my vehicle was also looked at by AAA two days prior and the person said if the car has trouble starting that you would replace it. After speaking with a manager, AAA did replace the battery.

I visited FL back in April of 2023 and the customer service was AMAZING! Today the representative was not knowledgeable. When my service was finished she didn’t know where my car was parked. Once she found it in a completely different area she didn’t even offer to get it. Not to mention I had to ask for a courtesy car wash. I honestly thought I was going to get the same Five Star Service I received before. I did not and it was very disappointing. I’ll also add, I walked around the car lot and actually saw another. MDX that I may have purchased but NOONE asked if I needed help. Today was a bad experience and I felt like I wasn’t appreciated.

Racheal couldn’t see that I had tire protection plan/warranty. Maybe it was the software. Dave Mungenast could see it. So Now need to get reimbursed. She told me my car was parked outside on the left side. Well it wasn’t. It took me a long time to find it. It was completely in a different place at Dave Mugan. They always walk you out very politely. She also didn’t ask if I wanted to get my car washed so I’m pretty disappointed.

I figured I was entitled to $45 ($20 off alignment and $25 off $200 or more)off total bill. Also I believe she didn’t know how to read alignment numbers. I figure this was probably the last service performed by Leta Acura on our vehicles.

Aaron is just the best. He is very thorough with the assessment of the car and goes over the service recommendations. He doesn’t up sell or talk you into anything. He treats our cars like they were his.

Racheal was beyond amazing! The greeting team that consisted of two women and a man that assisted with pulling me in the shop this morning was rude and aggressive. I literally had to tell them they were being to aggressive early in the morning and make them say good morning and still only the man greeted me after my comment . This is my second car that I have purchased from this dealership. I purchased one in 2012 and kept it until I purchased my current one. I returned for the service but I will not purchase another car from Frank Leta Acura the customer service is subpar now. Also if you call me concerning my review don’t have Cougar call me he also arrogant and condescending when he worked in the service department. The fact he made management tells all I need to know about the direction this organization is headed. Thank you
