However, I was disappointed that the dealership did bot clean the car. Following service I had to pay $20 for a full service wash somewhere else. Seems as if when I leased the MDX clean car and a wash was promised. When I service my Mercedes, it always comes back clean.

I feel Brad was super helpful! I had to go out of town and yet my 10hr wrk days was preventing me from getting my timing belt done. Brad solved it! He offered to have my car picked up and leave a loaner. It was perfect and so very much a life saver. I got to go out of town as needed to care for my elderly mom. Thank you, Brad.

My experience with Brad was great, however my Acura's tires were not inflated properly after rotation. The rear tires were under inflated by 2psi and the front tires were over inflated by 2psi for a difference of 4psi front to rear.
