I was happy with the service and Brad, I was surprised my car had not been washed. In the past I have always had a car wash with my service. I was given a coupon to go get a car wash at Club car wash .

The service department folks were very courteous and helpful when I arrived. I was disappointed because when I had called to make the service appointment I was told that the car could be fixed in 1 - 1.5 hours. It turned out that the part was not in stock and in fact had to be back ordered which could take weeks or months. So, I had driven a good distance for the appointment and was then told that the car could not be fixed that day. I will need to make another long trip to the service center whenever the part arrives which, of course, was a disappointment.
