Always communicate proactively on the progress of the car. And I would double check the contact numbers… I know over time many numbers accumulate, especially with a family that has bought many cars from Leta. We had some messages that were crossed up… One was left for my husband at my office number, where I am rarely present.

Dave was very nice, knowledgeable, educated me about my car and importance of maintenance when and how much. The added bonus was his graciousness to provide me a complimentary shuttle back to the dealership. Jullian was very friendly, talked to me about upgrading my car. My point is the personal touch and clear communication wants me to continue as a Frank Leta customer. Going the extra mile made me feel important and seen/heard. It’s the overall customer experience to show the frank leta way. Keep letting your employees shine.

After I checked out, I had to go back to get the charges taken off for the oil change and tire rotation. I have a maintenence plan and we discussed that when i checked in.

I was told my vehicle would take 1.5 hours but I was there 3.5 hours and the only extra things done were 2 filters from what was originally agreed on.
