I had my car towed due a check engine light issue. I did not have an appointment. Dee checked me in and obtained the diagnostics, issues was fixed and i was on my way in 2 hours. Thankful to her and the mechanic service folks

I was serviced for a wheel alignment. On my way home from the shop on the highway, my car seemed to pull to the left side. I called back to ask about having it rechecked and was told I had to bring it back into the shop within a week, which is a slight inconvenience due to a busy schedule and the travel distance.

Aaron always takes the extra step to accommodate me and my Acura as much as he possibly can. He goes above and beyond without it being asked of him. Whenever he can be flexible with me and go that extra ‘mile’ he will offer it. Even if it’s just hopping on the phone to answer a small question or two. He takes the time to explain what’s needed, preferred or required, letting me know all my options in detail of the why’s/how’s.
