Aaron was a great person to work with and I also appreciate Dee who was there on Friday to help me with my retrieval of my vehicle. I don’t live in St Louis but they made me feel at home.

Cougar is an exceptional service advisor - our daughter had a recall on our Honda CRV- the recall work was done by a competitor (we had to take it to a competitor twice) both times the competitor had a laundry list of repairs totaling over $5,000 with one item noted as “failing” We brought it back to Cougar to check. After an inspection Cougar advised that only 2 items would be recommended and the “failing” rear brakes was at a 4 not the 2 the competitor was saying - that’s why we’ve been coming to Cougar for over 5-10 years??

I’ve been coming here for service on my Acura MDX over the years. I just realized that Frank Leta also service other make vehicles. I will be bringing all my vehicles to Frank Leta for services because they are the best. The great quality of service has remained the same over the years. I am extremely appreciative of everyone at Frank Leta from the sale staff, service staff, administrators and everyone there. Everyone that my family have encountered are professional and respectful. I trust Frank Leta with my vehicles. I am very comfortable sitting and waiting in the waiting area knowing everything will be good and handle with care. Thank you Frank Leta Acura.
