Michael and Cougar provide excellent customer service and I have no argument with the service actually provided with the oil change. But when we scheduled for maintenance pack oil changes it is unreasonable to me that I would be expected to lose 2 to 4 hours work to perform a task that can be completed in less than a lunch hour with time to actually get lunch along the way, if I were to just drive up unannounced to any facility in my area. I understand staffing is an issue but I believe your company would be providing better product to myself and probably more importantly to your loyal Leta new car buyers , if you set up a similar lube shop for quick in and out deliveries of such services. But as always your team is friendly and enjoyable. I’m sure they, like myself would like to limit the need for unnecessary two hour long interactions.

I like Cougar because he’s very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining what work the mechanic did to vehicle. Plus he drives a Ridgeline!????

Cougar absolutely deserves 5/5 stars. After another not-so-wonderful experience at your Rock Road store, Cougar quite naturally provided the level of customer service that one might expect. Our concerns were addressed and our car was fixed properly. Thanks to Cougar, Frank Leta Acura has a customer for life.

Cougar has taken care of me in the past with services for my Toyota RAV4. He has always given my 110% attention. If there was any additional required vehicle service Cougar explained it in detail. He greeted me with a smile and apologized for my wait time due to another employee being at lunch. Cougar is an excellent customerservice Frank Leta rep.
