Brad L. Was FANTASTIC! As was Dee! My problem was how the vehicle was returned to me on October 28 AND November 6. On Oct 28, the paper on the Matt’s was left along with grease stains on the seat. On Nov 6, upon opening my car door, black dirt marks all over the floorboard. When I touched the steering wheel, a black film was left. I had to go home on both occasions and clean the interior. This is definitely not up to Frank Leta standards or Acura standards. My car was not offered to be washed. The problem seems to be with the back end of the service. Disappointing

Scheduled approx. 1 hour oil change service which resulted in 2.5 hours service experience with extremely poor communication throughout the process. Your text messaging about summary of multi-point inspection was unwarranted when my wife was sitting in your waiting room prepared to answer and I was unavailable to respond to the text.
