No always being upsold on serves. We came in for oil change and tire rotation and ended up spending over $600. Maybe the service writers should be selling vehicles or maybe I bought the wrong brand....

My check engine lights came on, so I brought my car in to find out what was wrong. Was charged $150 for a diagnostic check. An update was found that fixed the problem. My concern is I was in last month for an oil change that I get every 5 thousand miles, could that update have been found at that time and saved me the $150 I paid?

Tire pressure was not checked, 3 tires measured 31 pounds and one tire measured 35 pounds. Helpful to have them all with the same amount of air pressure. Thank you.

Good experience, fast service, very helpful service advisor. Came in just for emissions but found out we had a free oil change / maintenance with our car purchase that would’ve expired in 500 miles. Thanks Brad for your help!

I hope you can understand. It's the fact I've continuously complained about the "drain" on the battery since I purchased the car while under both warranties. One (1) ninety day from you guys, and the other from "Line5". I've done my part and paid whenever you "Frank Leta" has asked. What I'm not will to do is pay again for an issue you guys lie and said is fix on 3 separate occasions. Just to send me off with a car that is extremely unsafe for my wife and 4 kids. If you're unable to help please escalate to a Manager or a Director. Thank you
