Usually when I have an oil change every thing is fine but on this particular day I had to finish up the updates on the infotainment system it was a bit of a process because the car was not to be in motion so I had to be at appointments and needed to be on my phone at this however my phone was not able to be used nor through the system nor was it able to update until I wasn’t driving it just made me very frustrated and created problems with getting to my destination due to the multiple task I had to do on my phone with it not linked up .. I would of appreciated it if my tech could of had this task completed at the time of my service..
