Aaron is always great and friendly. He lets me know what’s important and the things that can wait. He doesn’t pressure me which I love. Also he remembers me when I come in, excellent customer service.
Cougar did a great job! Kept me informed of my vehicle having summer tires and they do wear faster. Did not push a sale on me for new ones. Also let me know he preferred not to wash the car to prevent damage and I really appreciate that. I was going to say not to wash it anyway but preferred him advocating to protect the cars paint. The technician also did a great job, he did my first oil change and my second one and did it well.

Aaron did a great job. However, my car was not clean when I received it. The windshield had streaks on it like someone wiped it with a dirty rag and there was white residue on it.

My steering wheel is loose after the performed services. It wasn’t loose like that prior to being it in for service. I paid a large amount of money for the repair. It may not be much to your dealership but it is to me. I will be returning for Leta Acura to look at the issue.
Dave was very helpful in rectifying the situation I had with Service. I brought my car in for an oil change. The the service was supposed to take an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours, I checked on the status of my car. Dave said that Service was backed up. He offered me a rental, which I accepted. I picked my car up on Thursday.
I called Dave on Thursday about my oil gauge setting not being reset and he said to bring it in. On Friday I returned to the dealership and had the oil gauge reset and then the service man noticed the sticker was wrong and printed a new one.
Dave also said that he noted in my record that my next oil change will be free because of my issues.
My first time with Service and I was completely satisfied. Brad was friendly , attentive, and thoughtful dealing with my needs . I’m so happy to have purchased an Acura and would receive services from Brad and his colleagues!
