Everyone is super friendly, but my day yesterday was kind of a disaster. Came to pick up my title, then headed to the license office. Waited over an hour for my turn, then found out I was not given a lien release. Sat there for another hour waiting for someone to email or fax it. They did not find it in time. I still don’t know what is going on and I wasted 4 hours of my life.

I brought my Jeep in for an appointment I had made Wednesday at 7am. Cougar was really nice saying he would let me know when they figured out what was wrong with it. I came back after I got off work to pick up a loaner, finding out my Jeep needed a few things done to it. Cougar said the guy may not get to it til Friday am, but he said he would call me the following day, Thursday, to let me know the total. Cougar wasn't gonna be in on Friday but assured me all I'd have to do is come in pay and go. No communication Thursday, none Friday, I called twice and got no call back or text. Finally at 1pm Saturday I get notified it's ready, still no total amount. I couldn't make it up due to them waiting so long. Picked up on Monday. Of course Cougar wasn't there and nobody could find the paperwork. Very disappointed in the bad customer service and lack of communication. Won't be back.
