Technician stated he couldn’t get the lug nuts off to Rotate my tires. He said they were swollen. Isn’t there a power tool that is used for this purpose? Is feel if I was getting brakes done the lug nuts would have been removed. I really like Frank Leta and will be a life long customer.

The service department is the reason I keep coming back. My 2008 was my 6th Acura from Leta and my 7th auto (I bought a 2005 Honda CRV From Frank Leta Honda). I have purchased 3 more since.

I was informed my battery was under warranty and I could bring in the old battery to exchange for a new one. Well once my husband took it in, he was told we were informed the information was not corbyrect and we had to buy a new battery
