Dropped the car off on Thursday. Sam asked me to let them run the diagnostic, but after they reviewed the codes said it was going to be a bit. Have me a loaner. Didn't hear back all day, called at 715 the next day to see what was going on. Person said that they couldn't get a hold of a service advisor and that they would call me. Waited till 11 , called back , same issue, waited an hour called back. Finally able to get thru. I understand that the advisor were under staffed and busy today, but there is no reason someone couldn't take 5 minutes to give me a call and figure out that my car was ready but some step hasn't been completed to let me know. If I hadn't called I would still be waiting for my car.

My TPMS light never went off though.i took it to Walmart but they sent me to Plaza Tire & they said drive it for a while and it should reset itself. Well i live in Hermann MO and it still won't go off ????????
