Randy was great. The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but Randy and Steve Neely arranged for a loaner so I could go home for a bit. Randy communicated well, and kept me updated thru the day. This level of service is why I keep bringing my Jeep (which i bought there) back to you instead of the Jeep dealer, which doesn't match your level of service.

One big thing is that I didn’t feel pressured into any maintenance decisions. I felt that they really cared about everything. From start to finish.
