Tyler has always been great with communication and being thorough. I appreciate how well he does his job every time i come in. He is the only person i want helping me when i bring my car in for service because his customer service skills are the perfect example for everyone else. Thank you Randy for his excellent service as always, he has been very honest, reliable, always provide excellent advices,discounts to me. Help save me lots of money and keep me coming back with highly trust in Services to both of my cars here, never would switch to other place bc of Randy and his consistency. I would like to thank Bell, his assistant, as well. She helped taking care of my order when Randy was busy in the back longer than usual. So she had done good job as well for me, i appreciated her offer to help when saw me waiting longer. I love Frank Leta service bc of Randy and today w Bell as well.
