Dashuna Young was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled! Any questions, I had she was able to answer. Though I don’t pretend to know much about the mechanics of how cars operate, I felt I was in very capable hands with Dashuna. It was apparent she places a high priority on customer satisfaction. My daughter waited for her car in waiting room. When her car was finished, nobody came to notify her at 1:18pm when I RECEIVED text notification car was ready. She gave her number but they texted mine. I was 35 miles away and in meeting so she sat there until 1:58 when I finished business. Car was done early but nobody notified her or even checked on her.

I am very disappointed, your team member called me to tell me about a recall I had on my van. That was great, we set up the appointment and all was good. I took it in today, and they completed the recall and now our TV in the back does not have color. The recall had something to do with wiring with the radio. We have to bring it back Monday now to have the service team look at it. You guys have alway been great but this is a bit frustrating especially with the high gas prices and our far drive to get your location.
