Andrew Was very helpful and had a professional but open attitude. He answered any questions I had and Make sure I knew what my total would be. He even gave me a quote on some future maintenance I might need.

Minor inconvenience, oil life monitor was not re-set. I was able to use owners manual and re-set.
Had a brake job, then noticed brakes still squealed. Took in for a check, was told it was a simple adjustment. Brakes still squeal…
I received several messages that I could not open and see. I think some of them might have been pictures or videos but they did not come up. I was also texted several links to the same site.
I am always pleased with the service but, I paid for my oil change before this last one and I wasn't supposed to which was disappointing
Overall, I was not satisfied with my service. It took three hours instead of the 30 minutes that I was told. My technician seemed very annoyed that he was having to work on my vehicle. I paid full price for an alignment, yet my technician admitted that he was unable to perform the alignment to satisfaction. I left feeling like I paid for a service that was not completed. He admitted that the On my oil housing was cracked During oil change, instead of replacing it, he simply told me to keep my eyes open on it and watch for any signs of leaking. I’m not sure we will be returning to your service center at this time. It’s really sad, because it’s been convenient and we bring both vehicles there including the brand new 2022 Acura that we just purchased from you. Overall I just feel like I paid for services that weren’t completed and I felt like I was an annoyance as a customer to your technician staff.
