Hello, Everyone I encountered at Acura were so polite, courteous and well trained in my opinion! My Acura was professionally serviced and all maintenance requested taken care of. All the people at Acura here in Springfield have always been very professional in any service for us, current Acura MDX is my second and replaced a 14 year old Acura MDX which both were purchased from Dealership here in Springfield! Service Technician failed to replace two filters but Andrew followed up with me to explain the situation and resolved the problem to my satisfaction over the phone. Andrew is a credit to your organization.

During my visit I mentioned I had a low tire and asked as they rotated the tires and changed the oil that they would check it out. When I returned to my vehicle it was clear that the tire was not aired up. I went on a trip 3 days after the visit and my low pressure light came on and I was forced to stop on my way and pay to air up the tire. That should have been taken care of at Acura on Monday. It was not even a week later my light came on. I was very disappointed in Acura for not taking care of this.

Not 100% percent sure my tires were rotated and if they were I don’t believe the technician made sure my electronic tire inflation matched the correct tire when I look at my tire inflation numbers.

Is it normal to by a car from you all and then not even have the vehicle 30 days only to find out that the transmission is having issues but because we didn't get the extended warranty we were told there was nothing they could do so now I have to worry if the transmission is going to holdout until I can get the money toget it fixed after being told by the salesman that all the vehicles go through a 120 point inspection list after I told him I did not want to buy a vehicle that I have to spend money on to get fixed and now I'm having to do that on a vehicle that I have had not even two months I am not satisfied with this experience

I brought our MDX in for transmission fluid exchange. I mentioned to the service advisor that I had recently experienced loss of ability to accelerate at highway speed and this had happened a few other times since we have had the car. He made a note of that but did not bring it back up until I asked a follow up question when submitting payment. They answer I received was not satisfactory and seemed to be speculative. I submitted an Acura discount card that had been previously issued to me. It was rejected due to expiration. There is no expiration noted with the card or supporting paperwork, however the service team noted it to be expired in the computer. This seemed arbitrary and it would have been helpful to have this information after I used the same discount card less than a year ago for our timing belt service. The video I received from the service tech was good, courteous and professional. This was a frustrating service experience from the perspective of the service advisors overall. I was hoping after our very positive experience with the timing belt replacement that this dealership’s service department was improving. This was a step back.

We bought our car 2 years ago at the Springfield location. We called to make a appt in Springfield for extended warranty work related to the audio equipment Received a text the day b4 appt to confirm. We drove 2 hours only to find out appt was in STL. Even though we had bought our car in Springfield, the service dept did not have any info about us. The service dept did squeeze us in and provide a loaner car. The recall repair was supposed to take an hour, 6 hours later we were told it would need to be kept overnight. We took the loaner home and our car was driven 2 hours back to us the next day so that aspect worked well. It remains to be seen if the actual audio problem has been fixed.
