The inspection video didn't have any sound. I asked about it when checking out and he said there wasn't any sound on the computer either, but they just looked at some things and the brakes and stuff. They found an issue but I wasn't completely clear what the issue was. The advisor said if it fails it will just make a lot of noise, but it shouldn't create a big problem.

I did not receive a service sticker for my window and my oil life gauge was not reset. Also, the app still says I need service and has not updated since I received the oil change.

Very disappointed that you charged me for the oil on the warranty work and also charged the warranty for the oil as well. We actually discussed this when I dropped the car off. Very unethical

I’ve never received a video describing the problem on my vehicle before. In most cases, your told what’s wrong with your vehicle and hope you’re receiving honest information. I was most impressed.

Andrew and the service team at Frank Leta make referring people here a no brainer. Their work is impeccable, they are friendly and get things done in a timely manner. I enjoy a little chat with them as well, they are personable, empathetic and knowledgeable. The work effort and customer service this team provides should be the industry standard. We have all had horror stories, but my experience with this team over the years I’ve been using them is nothing but rainbows and butterflies. I appreciate what you guys are doing for our community.
